Treatment Coordinator
I am involved from day one of our patients’ treatment, taking records and photos and scheduling appointments. I love what I do, especially getting to know new patients and seeing their smiles progress over time. Seeing patients’ smiles when their braces come off is truly priceless! The staff here really works together as a team, we have a great sense of humor, and we all enjoy coming to work everyday.
I have a precious little girl and a crazy Chocolate lab named Kaya. I enjoy running and anything to do with the outdoors, camping, hiking, and live to fly fish…I’m a fly fisher woman!

Lab Technician
I do all of our lab work in our office, pouring impressions, cutting models, and making all retainers and appliances. I think that having an artistic background is very helpful, and I love creating things with my hands. Dr. Bailey is the best! He’s so friendly and really cares about his staff and his patients. Our office has a blast, and everyone here is kind and outgoing. We love making our patients smile!
I love being outdoors in the sunshine, mountain biking, golfing, hiking, camping, and fishing. Health and fitness are very important to me and I usually go to the gym after work. I also love art, cooking, crafting and sewing, and spending time with my family.

I assist Dr. Bailey by changing wires, taking impressions and X-rays, and designing our monthly bulletin boards. I love our patients and enjoy getting to know them when they come in for appointments. Seeing our patients’ confidence improve never gets old. Our office is a fun place to get a great smile!
My husband’s name is Jared and we have a crazy dog named Gunner. When I have free time I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and camping. Just hanging out with my husband is great, too!

I assist Dr. Bailey with all aspects of patient care. My job is perfect for me because I love meeting new people and learning about what is going on in their lives. We have some very interesting patients! Dr. Bailey is a great person to work for and takes care of his staff like family. We all like to have a good time, and we always have a fun contest going on so our patients have fun, too!
I just got married to my high school sweetheart and I’m so excited to start our life together. In my free time I play co-ed soccer, go water skiing, and I am a sucker for the game show channel on TV!

I completed the dental assisting program at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado and currently assist Dr. Bailey. I really enjoy getting to know our patients. It is great to see a patient who was reluctant to smile leave our office with a smile they can’t help but show off! Our team has so much fun together and we try to make our office fun for our patients. We consider everyone in our practice family.
I am married with two children and a dog named Lizzie. When I have free time I enjoy gardening, hiking, and cross-stitching. I love musicals, so don’t be surprised if I burst out dancing!

I assist Dr. Bailey and make sure our patients are comfortable when they’re in our office. I love watching our patients get their braces on for the first time, go through their treatment, and then get so excited when it’s time to take their braces off. It’s great to know that we have the ability to make our patients happy and increase their self-esteem! A smile is a person’s best feature and we always want our patients to feel good about their smiles.
I have a cute little dog named Chewbacca, whom we call Chewy for short, and a family that I love spending time with. I love music and teach piano lessons on the weekends. I am grateful that I get to share my joy of music with my students. I’ve also recently discovered how much I love traveling. It’s been so much fun for me to see the world and capture bits of it on my camera.

I am the air traffic controller for the office, scheduling appointments, taking care of accounting, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I love that I get to greet our patients with a friendly smile as they come into our office. We all want our patients and their families to have fun when they’re here. Our staff is friendly and we truly care about each and every patient.

I’ve been working with Dr. Bailey for over 13 years. My job is to make sure the office runs smoothly so Dr. Bailey can spend his time creating beautiful smiles. A favorite part of my day is meeting new patients during their initial exams. I explain insurance benefits and financing along with answering any questions they have about braces and orthodontic treatment.
My husband Doug and I have two children and five grand children. I enjoy making quilts, gardening, and serving in my church. Over the years I’ve been active in the PTA and girl scouting…gotta love thin mint cookies!
